Okay, so the guy in this video is sort of a psycho jerk, but it’s pretty wild nonetheless. Cops speed all the time with their blue lights off, but this guy decides that he’s not going to put up with that shit and takes the law into his own hands– and somehow manages to not get arrested, beaten or tasered in the process.
